Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ours, and aim to give every client a seamless, luxurious experience:

A 15-minute grace period applies. Arriving later may require adjusting or shortening your service. If we are unable to provide your full service, the appointment will follow our rescheduling and cancellation policy. Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations incur 50% of the service fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to 75% of the service fee.
$50 deposits secure your appointment and are non-refundable.
